Apple Choco Yogurt Muffin
125 gr caster sugar (adjust to your taste)
100 gr butter, melted
200 gr plain yogurt
250 gr all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 small apple, peeled, shaved
50 gr chocolate chip or sprinkles (add more if you like)
25 gr raisins (add more if you like)
Mix the melted butter with yogurt and shaved apple, put aside.
Mix flour, raisin, chocolate sprinkles and baking powder.
Heat up oven 180°C.
Beat eggs and sugar until very thick and pale.
Fold in the yogurt-butter mixture, mix well.
Mix in a little by a little the flour mixture, mix well.
Scoop the dough to prepared muffin form until 80% full.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
